Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise ATM/ CRM/ RTDM cash management and ensure seamless cash replenishment.
∎ New booth acquisition, existing booth management and negotiation with the land owner.
∎ Booth termination process, if needed, under our Digital Banking umbrella.
∎ Maintain internal security for cash and valuable assets.
∎ Collaborate on project implementation to meet the needs of business.
∎ Implement innovative solutions for cost rationalization and operational efficiency.
∎ Comply rules and regulations set by the bank and regulators.
∎ Discharge of ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager or Department Head.
∎ Prime Responsibilities

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly gross salary of BDT. 31,000.
∎ Festival & performance bonus, hospitalization & maternity reimbursement, leave facility as per banks policy.
∎ Absorption process facility to become full time employee of the bank after 18 months of joining depending on performance and discipline.
∎ Other admissible benefits as per People Management Policy of EBL.
∎ Monthly gross salary of BDT. 31,000.
