∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 20 (twenty) years’ work experience in the relevant field. And minimum 05 (Five) years’ experience as a CEO/Deputy CEO of any Capital Management Company in Bangladesh.
∎ Age: Maximum 50 years. Age limit may be relaxed for the deserving candidates
∎ Designing Organizational Strategy with Vision of the Organization
∎ Proven Track record on Strategic Contribution i.e. Strategic Decision Making, Fast change & Market Driven Connectivity etc.
∎ Experience

∎ In-depth knowledge of Strategy and operations of Capital Management
∎ Expertise on Investment products and Portfolio Management
∎ Market driven track record on Issue Management and Underwriting
∎ Sound Knowledge on Technical & Fundamental Analysis of Securities and Bonds
∎ Extensive Knowledge on Discretionary Portfolio and Non-Discretionary Portfolio
∎ Driving sustainable growth, monitoring market dynamics and making investment decision based on market insights
∎ Sound Knowledge on the rules and policies of BSEC, DSE, CSE & CDBL
