Job Context:
∎ The Head of Field Office needs to be someone who has great coordination, representation, and team management skills. As this is a senior-level role in the field, we are looking for someone who will be able to play a vital role as a part of Oxfam`s Country Management Team and contribute to overall Oxfam`s programme and operations related decision-making process.
∎ The position is expected to envision the Rohingya response, representing Oxfam to the donor community, networking platforms, and other stakeholders at Cox`s Bazar. It includes facilitating the review and amendment process of the Rohingya Response strategy and taking forward Oxfam`s local level influencing agenda related to this.
