Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory operations, Hanger Metal Part production, Mechanical Engineering, metal fabrication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement production plans, schedules and strategies to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure raw material availability, machine utilization and workforce allocation.
∎ Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
∎ Continuously review and improve production processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste and achieve cost savings.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet defined specifications and customer requirements.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to develop and enforce quality standards, procedures and documentation.
∎ Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new products or improve existing ones while ensuring adherence to quality parameters.
∎ Lead and supervise the factory operations team, including production staff, supervisors and support functions.
∎ Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
∎ Set performance targets, monitor progress and conduct performance evaluations.
∎ Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement within the factory.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), machine safety and risk mitigation measures.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections, promote awareness of safety protocols and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Stay updated on industry safety standards and best practices, incorporating them into the factory operations.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and manage supplier relationships.
∎ Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns and provide exceptional service.
∎ Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support business development activities and maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor industry trends, technology advancements and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ Proven experience in factory operations management, preferably in the production of metal hooks and garments metal accessories.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
∎ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.
