Responsibilities & Context:
Implement sustainability initiatives and manage environmental impact.
Manage hospital utilities: Power, Water, HVAC, and other critical systems.
Provide technical leadership to the engineering and facility teams.
Ensure all facilities meet safety codes and standards.
Implement best practices in facility operations and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and national regulations.
Lead renovation and infrastructure improvement projects.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and monitor safety programs including fire safety, hazardous materials, emergency readiness, and more.
Conduct training, regular evaluations, and annual program reviews. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
