Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University
∎ Masters/MBA, major in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and overall control of fabric sales and marketing of the Group;
∎ Design annual fabric sales plan for the company and initiate monthly/quarterly/annual sales target;
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
∎ Create and maintain activity calendar of fabric sales and marketing through working with team;
∎ Work strategically-carrying out necessary planning in order to collect orders from different knit garments industries to full utilization of factories;
∎ Develop and design profit-oriented fabric sales strategies for All Over Print (AOP) Fabrics;
∎ Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements of targeted customers;
∎ Determine annual and gross-profit plan by forecasting annual sales quotas for regions;
∎ Advance communication with the related departments such as planning, production, quality team, etc.;
∎ Conscious about sales orders and considering this, proceed for sub-contract proactively;
∎ Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
∎ Follow up with the sub-contract orders from development to ship as on T&A;
∎ Regular customer visit to ensure seamless communication with the customers and related industry;
∎ Continuous monitoring of competitor activities and report with recommendations to make marketing strategy;
∎ Price negotiation, order placement and order sheet control in consultation with Business Head;
∎ Take price approval from management before starting sub contract orders;
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual target of the region and ensure order collection in maximum number;
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually sales and marketing report and submission to the Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 14 years' experience in fabric sales & marketing from any large group of Industry having 2-3 experience in similar position;
∎ Energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability;
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ Dealing with 30 Tons fabric sales capacity per day;
∎ Should have vast knowledge about yarn price market as well as knitting and dyeing price for proper fabric costing;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and presentation skill;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
∎ Job Location: Kashimpur, Gazipur
