Job Context:

We are a reputed textile manufacturing and sourcing company seeking a highly experienced and strategic individual to lead our Sales & Marketing (Fabric Division). The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of woven/knit/dyeing fabrics and a strong client network in both local and international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall sales and marketing strategy for the fabric division.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and export markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with buying houses, brands, and local garment manufacturers.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and R&D to align sales targets and client needs.

• Forecast sales trends, set team targets, and ensure revenue growth.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

• Lead, motivate and manage the fabric sales & marketing team.
