∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, major in Fabric Manufacturing/Wet Processing will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote fabric products, considering market trends, customer preferences, and business goals.
∎ • Create and execute marketing campaigns to highlight the features and benefits of fabric products, targeting various customer segments (e.g., B2B, B2C).
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the fabric industry.
∎ Utilize online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to reach a wider audience and drive online sales.
∎ Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase fabric products and build industry connections.
∎ Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to ensure the team's success.
∎ Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales goals.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
∎ Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key customers, gather feedback, and use insights to improve product offerings and marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 15 years of relevant experience in any large Textile/Garments Industry;
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result-oriented;
∎ Work innovatively in simplify tasks and assignments;
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, Excel & Power point presentations;
∎ Willing to work at factory site;
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
