  • Proven experience as a Head of Export-S&M or in a similar role, preferably within the Health & Hygiene, Electrical & Electronics and Bicycle Industries

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the export sales market and consumer behaviour across all over the world

  • Excellent sales analytical skills & hands-on knowledge about export laws, rules and regulations



Responsibilities & Context:

The candidate will be responsible to:

  • Supervise & lead the smooth and effective functioning of the relevant SKUs sales to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new export markets and prepare innovative sales plans to achieve higher value realization

  • Conduct logical monthly and yearly sales forecasting, comparing projections with actual sales. Take accountability for unmet targets, identify root causes, and implement strategies to drive sales growth

  • Oversee the day-to-day export sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans

  • Continuously monitor competitors` activities to understand demand-supply scenarios and regulato-ry issues to formulate strategies for increasing export market share

  • Ensure an increase in the export market share and profitability by facilitating market and business development by confirming timely product delivery and reducing product damage

  • Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products

  • Drive high levels of customer service standards across the organization to increase customer satisfaction in the export market
