Educational Requirements:
∎ Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional incl min SA8000
∎ Prior experience handling international compliance requirements by ILO regulations
∎ Good understanding of Environment, Social, Governance Management due diligence as per ICS handbook
∎ Proficiency in written and oral English is a must to lead international VC and ESG forum

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and maintaining appropriate policies and procedures, consistent with company & Buyer standards.
∎ Reviewing and maintaining systems and controls which are appropriate to the company activities.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and performing appropriate monitoring programs for the ICS member companies / French Market
∎ Reporting monitoring results to management and ensuring actions are tracked and implemented. Ensuring any other issues are reported to management.
∎ Ensuring staff are aware of ESG & Compliance obligations, procedures, ethics of company and its buyer/s.
∎ Providing guidance to the business on ESG & compliance matter

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-10 years' experience in a role focused on ESG
