Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE and Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university (Preferably Govt. Institution)
∎ M.Sc in EEE or Mechanical Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for knitting, dyeing and finishing of the project.
∎ To manage all engineering and technical activities for smooth operation of the plant.
∎ Plan, implement and maintenance of systems for monitoring machine down time & identify current levels accurately and set targets to minimize it.
∎ Responsible for process machine maintenance, Knitting machine (Mayer & CIE, PAI long, Fukuhara), Fabric dyeing machine (Sclavos, fongs, this), Finishing Machine (Monforts, Bruckner, IL sung, Ferraro, Mario costa, Lafer, Getma), Yarn dyeing and Hank dyeing machine.
∎ Capable of installation, repair or removal of steam pipe line, water pipe line, air duct lines and other related to the plant.
∎ Planning for schedule and emergency maintenance of the project.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted power and utility supplies to the factory for smooth operations.
∎ Establish a central monitoring system 24/7 and also a point of contact for ease of coordination and functioning.
∎ Maintain engineering history file for machine maintenance record.
∎ Responsible for smooth operation of water treatment plant, Boiler, Generator & chiller, ETP and Water treatment (RO) plant.
∎ Proper planning of spare parts (local and foreign) for smooth running of production dyeing machinery.
∎ Ensure the all kind of safety measures of the project.
∎ Must have experience on knitting & dyeing production process.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Must have working experience in sub-station, power house, A/C plant and chiller, instrumentation & control and electronic work.
∎ The candidates should be capable to lead a professional Maintenance and Utility team effectively, efficiently & independently.
∎ The candidates should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills.
∎ The candidates should be self-motivated, hardworking and result oriented.
∎ Candidate working any knitting & dyeing company will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
