We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Embroidery to lead our embroidery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of embroidery production processes, and a proven track record in managing factory operations efficiently. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality production, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across all embroidery operations.

• Lead and manage the entire embroidery factory operations, including production, planning, and quality control.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for smooth operational flow.

• Optimize resources and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead, mentor, and develop factory teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Coordinate with sourcing, merchandising, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process enhancement and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards.
