Job Context:
∎ G&G (Gadget & Gear Ltd.) is the only multi-branded retail chain outlet in Bangladesh for Smartphone & Branded Premium Accessories. Established in 2010. It has now 17 outlets in premium locations of Dhaka city and also has its own E-commerce platform. We are looking for passionate individual in our team as HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING with at least 5 years experience in related field.
∎ Position Context: The expected candidate is the key person in charge of executing the company`s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms. He/she works closely with the internal team to achieve specific company objectives such as lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently development of the overall digital marketing strategy for offline and online business.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs)
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In etc.)
∎ Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
∎ Utilize strong analytical data-driven ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
∎ Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social Google ads and Programmatic).
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
∎ Set up conversion, pixel and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
∎ Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
∎ Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of Five years of experience in the Digital marketing/E-commerce platform at any leading E-commerce industry
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali language.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital marketing with Google analytics, email marketing.
∎ Excellent skill set on content development & business writing.
∎ Excellent thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
