Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and source high-quality computer components and accessories from reliable suppliers.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed purchasing decisions.
∎ Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for efficient stock replenishment.
∎ Allocate products to various retail locations based on demand and sales forecasts.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products.
∎ Address and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or payment with suppliers.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for computer accessories and components.
∎ Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely distribution of products to retail locations.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for product placement and promotion.
∎ Oversee the collection of payments from retailers and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
