Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the overall development administration, and sales enablement functions.
∎ Strategically plan and execute sales campaigns and competitions to boost overall business performance.
∎ Provide comprehensive support for nationwide branch administration, conduct periodic cost analyses, and implement measures to minimize costs.
∎ Lead the sourcing and staffing of all sales personnel, from FA to senior-level positions.
∎ Measure and report the performance of the sales team and marketing campaigns, and take necessary actions to achieve business objectives.
∎ Support a large sales team by resolving challenges, offering solutions, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
∎ Maintain active correspondence with government offices and IDRA to ensure compliance with regulations.
