Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching current fashion trends; forecasting and determining consumer demand.
∎ Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on
∎ research data.
∎ Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining
∎ prices and managing marketing.
∎ Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, models and customers.
∎ Communicating technical design information for customer samples.
∎ Experience of Full Design Support, Co-creation, 3D Sampling through CLO7.2, Graphic Supports, Trend Analysis are required.
∎ Working with team members to design clothes for upcoming seasons.
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ Plan and develop marketing and merchandising strategies that balance customers'
∎ expectations and company's objectives as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Set annual Team revenue target & drive to achieve the target.
∎ Explore market for new business opportunities
∎ Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to stay competitive
∎ Should update to superior/ top management on regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership to lead a local team of 12-15 designers and coordinating with the Head of Designer (Art Director) in Masco Spain Office.
∎ Preferring the Designer would have good connections with the Clients of Inditex, Mango, Oysho, Next, Primark, Best Seller, Guess etc.
∎ There might be foreign trips for product/trend presentations, shopping for development.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
