Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end dairy operations including requirement of raw milk production and logistics
∎ Prepare and manage the division's budgets, forecasts and financial targets
∎ Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Dairy Division aligned with the company’s overall business goals
∎ Identify market opportunities and drive new product initiatives
∎ Maintain high product quality standards through stringent quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives
