∎ Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business to lead our bakery company`s growth and development. As the Head of Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company and driving profitability while maintaining the exceptional quality and taste that our customers love. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from operations and marketing to financial performance and staff management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.

∎ Operational Excellence: Oversee bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure consistent and top-notch products.
∎
∎ Product Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative bakery products that cater to changing market trends and customer preferences.
∎
∎ Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

∎ Customer Satisfaction: Uphold the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by maintaining the highest product quality and service standards.

∎ Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, including new product lines, locations, and market segments.

Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 120000 - 150000 (Monthly)
