Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion
Job Context:
∎ Understand consumer insight, prepare brand positioning and maintain across all changes of communication
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
∎ Build brand awareness, associations, and increase intention to purchase the brand
∎ Work across all levels and departments of organization to find what makes the business unique and promote it to the market
∎ Lead brand strategy and drive the operational delivery of strategy, inclusive of communications campaigns and network building
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and finalize annual brand plan in line with the brand strategy and Company’s vision
∎ Brand and product awareness drive
∎ Drive awareness & brand preference
∎ Consumer promo & Trade campaign
∎ Maintain the brand positioning and execute campaigns in the same tone
∎ Drive compliance and regulatory awareness & perception
∎ Support PR team to increase stakeholder awareness and reputation
∎ Develop digital brand strategy and setting up right governance and framework to implement short term and long term digital roadmap to drive commercial transformation
∎ Manage external creative & digital agency
∎ Support HR to develop employer branding campaign and execute through BTL team
∎ Manages in-house creative, PoSM execution, gift item management and QC
∎ Prepare and manage brand identity guidelines, communication platform development, Campaign and Ad development
∎ Content development for mainstream (ATL Media), Digital media and for BTL
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good communication, verbal & written in English and Bangla
∎ Good Analytical Skills
∎ Good knowledge of IT, MS Office Suite
∎ Leadership, people and stakeholder management skills
∎ Strong Strategic development skills and creativity
∎ Cultivates Relationships and Networks
∎ Willingness to manage big teams, agencies and vendors
∎ Strategy development and analytical skills and excellent presentation skills
∎ Must be confident enough to represent the company in front of large audience or in media
∎ Ability to work in a team and cross functionally, and to work under pressure
