Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters from any recognised university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as focal point for BRAC concerning branding matters and build brand capacity.
∎ Foster good working relationships with other communications teams across BRAC ecosystem
∎ Build capacity and strengthen relationships with programmes and other network partners (e.g. Brac University) through regular skill sharing events.
∎ Develop and execute campaign strategies for communication department and all programmes of BRAC
∎ Manage and supervise all channels of communications - ATL, BTL & Digital - to ensure efficientcommunication output in terms of resource allocations and campaign objectives
∎ Manage a team of 18 people and foster an environment of cross-team support in order to ensure quality and timeliness of campaign execution
∎ Ensure the capacity development of the team members in order to increase productivity of output and quality
∎ Work with the Director of Communication to develop the overall communication strategy by coordinating with all the programmes under BRAC
∎ Give support to Programme Communication Strategy development
∎ Give support and build more avenues of giving communication support to Network organisations
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. ∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ At least 8-10 years of experiences in relevant field.
