∎ Minimum Graduate from any UGC approved local or reputed foreign university. Having BBA & MBA degree is highly preferred.

∎ Minimum eight (8) years of experience in branches of reputed Banks/Financial Institutions.
∎ Two (2) years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process is preferred.
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective business acumen.
∎ Profound knowledge on Consumer and MSME Banking offerings is must and strong control over Consumer and MSME credit is preferred.
∎ Good command over MS Office.
∎ Leadership qualities for managing, coaching and mentoring people.
∎ Geographic mobility and flexibility.

∎ Achieving business targets through quality business bookings of Consumer & MSME customers.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with customers with a view to keep the flow of healthy portfolio for the branch.
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of day to day banking operations and services to the customers.
∎ Optimizing branch profitability and balance sheet performance as well as other financial KPIs through acquiring Low and No cost liabilities.
∎ Maintaining quality of the asset portfolio through close monitoring.
∎ Leading people in an environment where customers & people both are priority.
∎ Ensuring prevention of money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensuring compliance is inculcated into the behaviour and practice of the human resources of the branch through daily counselling, monitoring, coaching and managing.
