  • Principal / Director / Head of Training Institute.

  • Head of Learning & Development.

  • Senior Faculty with administrative leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.

  • Proven expertise in curriculum development, training needs assessment, and faculty management.

  • Sound financial and administrative management capability.

  • Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS, and blended learning models.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide overall vision, direction, and leadership for the institute.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve institutional goals and growth targets.

  • Promote the institute’s brand, reputation, and alignment with national or corporate skill development priorities.

  • Ensure high-quality curriculum design, teaching standards, and learning outcomes.

  • Approve training modules, certification standards, and evaluation systems.

  • Supervise the academic performance of trainers and faculty members.

  • Promote research, innovation, and adoption of modern teaching-learning practices.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the institute, ensuring efficiency and discipline.

  • Supervise all departments — academic, administrative, HR, finance, and IT.

  • Approve annual training calendars, class schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Monitor compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional excellence.

  • Identify staff training and development needs to enhance performance.

  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all trainees.

  • Monitor student progress, placement outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and manage the institute’s annual budget and resource plans.

  • Ensure cost-effective use of funds and adherence to financial policies.

  • Oversee infrastructure maintenance, procurement, and facility management.

  • Establish academic and operational quality benchmarks.

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and audit requirements.

  • Build strong relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and donors.

  • Promote collaboration with academic institutions and skill development organizations.

  • Represent the institute at seminars, conferences, and official forums.

  • Develop and enforce institutional policies on academics, conduct, HR, and administration.

  • Lead the implementation of board-approved initiatives and reforms.

  • Encourage use of technology-enabled learning, digital classrooms, and LMS platforms.
