Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA).
∎ Master's in any discipline (MBA preferable) from any reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00 in both Bachelor's and Master's Programs.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resources: There will be more than one HR Executives under him through whom he will carry out his HR responsibilities. His overall responsibilities will be as follows:
∎ Recruitment: He will initiate all recruitment processes and follow up from advertisement to issue of Appointment Letters. However, VP will oversee the Teacher's recruitment. Timely issue of the offer letters, appointment letters, and job confirmation letters will be his responsibility.
∎ Documentation: A folder will be created and maintained for each and every Teacher and Staff in which all necessary documents will be kept.
∎ Training: This will be another important responsibility to arrange training for the Admin Staff to increase their service efficiency. Same for the teachers will be planned by the VP but arranged by him.
∎ Monthly Salary Compilation: He will compile the monthly salary of the teachers and staff and handover to the Accounts in Charge by the last date of every month duly signed by the Principal.
∎ Annual Performance Evaluation: He will initiate the Annual Performance Evaluation process of all Teachers and Staff in the month of November which to be completed by December. Teacher's and Admin Staff's evaluation will follow academic and admin channels respectively. However, he will follow up and will ensure the timely completion and preservation of respective personal files with proper confidentiality.
∎ Promotion: All promotion cases will be processed by him ensuring full HR compliance.
∎ Increment of Salary: Yearly salary increment process will also be initiated by him to the Principal separately for the teachers and admin staff. On approval from the Principal, it will be then handed over to the Accounts in Charge for implementation.
∎ Discipline: Maintenance of discipline will be his responsibility. Cases of breach of discipline will be processed and handled by him. However, the teacher's discipline will be handled by the VP.
∎ Retirement, Release, Dismissal: All these matters will be initiated, pursued, and settled by him in time as per HR regulations.
∎ Administration: Administrative responsibilities in UPSC will be diverse like any other organization. Essentially, there will be many separate desks that will handle different kinds of admin responsibilities. As Head of Admin, his major responsibilities will be setting the standard procedures for each desk defining job parameters, monitoring and supervising, facilitating, and day-to-day decision-making process. However, the following are the diverse job pattern of the Admin Officer:
∎ General Admin: He will run the day-to-day administration of the institution through his designated staff. Basically, the smooth running of utility services like electricity, water, gas, barber, washerman, cleaning services, transport support, event management, troubleshooting, etc. will fall under general administration. The head of Admin should be able to monitor and supervise the smooth functioning of these services by his staff.
∎ Transport: This will encompass the purchase of transport and spares, maintenance, fuel management, safety and security, discipline of the drivers, and quality service to the students and staff for whom the transports are.
∎ Student Hostel: Student hostels will be sort of autonomous bodies which will be primarily looked after by the Housemaster assisted by House Tutors and the Hostel Admin Officer. However, the Head of Admin will extend his supervision through the Hostel Admin Officer, especially on issues related to discipline, safety, security, maintenance, and cleanliness.
∎ Student Mess: Though part of the hostel, it will fall into the responsibility list of the Head of Admin. The mess Manager will be primarily responsible for day to day function of the mess. The aim will be to ensure quality food (within the budget) is served right on time in a hygienic condition and in a disciplined manner. Purchase, storage, hygiene, cleanliness, discipline, etc. will be a few of the aspects that would need continuous monitoring.
∎ Procurement: This is one of the most sensitive functions under admin. Procurement Officer will be in charge of this desk. Compliance with purchase procedure, selection of vendors, timely purchase of quality goods, surveillance against corruption, etc. will be the major issues that would need the Head of Admin's attention.
∎ Store Administration: Safe storage of procured goods, keeping those accountable, and making those available to the users in time will be the main purpose of store administration and the Store Officers under the Head of admin will be primarily responsible for those.
∎ Development and Maintenance: Planning and implementing these works are part of the major function of the Admin Head. Planning those during the preparation of the yearly budget, and getting those approved and implemented in time will be necessary.
∎ Security: Ensuring the safety and security of men and materials would be another sensitive responsibility of the Admin Head. Besides keeping the campus safe, some other issues like keeping liaison with local administration, police, fire service, an affiliated hospital,s, etc. should also be taken care of by him.
∎ Event Management: Besides day-to-event management, there would be a few big academic and administrative events that would be planned and organized by the institution. The head of Admin needs to good organizer and resourceful to arrange those befitting to the nature of the events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
∎ Served in Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) as an Officer will get preference.
∎ At least undergone cadet training in any academy of the Army/Navy/Air Force (is expected).
∎ Served in any organization and experienced in Purchase, Security, HR Management, etc.
∎ Should have excellent communication and decision-making ability.
∎ Should have strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
