Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Must have a good academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update the organization structure
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
∎ Ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with export oriented RMG Sectors
∎ Must be thorough with BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, CT-PAT.
∎ SA : 8000 internal audit course will get preference
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 & rules-2018;
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection;
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package;
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
