Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead overall Accounts & Finance operations including budgeting, cash flow, AP/AR, and treasury.
- Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure VAT, Tax and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain strong internal controls, financial documentation, and process improvement.
- Manage LC, bank reconciliation, loan/OD facilities, and liaison with banks.
- Guide and supervise the Accounts & Finance team for efficiency and integrity.
- Communicate daily with factory operations to track production achievements and align them with financial planning.
- Use sound knowledge of woven garments operations to assess costing, production impact, and profitability.
