Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing customized meal plans for Honorable Director(s) based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
∎ Preparing customized meal plans for guests of Honorable Director(s) based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
∎ Planning for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
∎ Preparing meals for Honorable Director(s) in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
∎ Being responsible for cooking and monitoring all cooking-related activities at Walton Corporate Office cafeteria.
∎ Proposing an all-day canteen menu and submitting it to the In-Charge.
∎ Controlling production costs and identifying measures to reduce waste in the canteen so that food items can be served at the best reasonable price.
∎ Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
∎ Monitoring the Director zone kitchen, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and food service.
∎ Interacting with the Director(s) and guests, providing assistance as needed, such as serving food and taking orders.
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the In-Charge.
