∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of grilling, frying, and other cooking techniques.
∎ Ability to manage a small team efficiently.
∎ Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
∎ Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
∎ Develop and update the menu with innovative and cost-effective dishes.
∎ Prepare and cook meals to maintain consistency and high standards.
∎ Manage food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure cost control.
∎ Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and productivity.
∎ Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with management to plan special menus and promotions.
∎ Handle kitchen-related issues, including equipment maintenance and supplier coordination.
