Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Operate IT hardware tools, components, and peripheral accessories efficiently.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user IT hardware and workstations.
Install, configure, and maintain networked peripheral devices and networking hardware products.
Repair laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, UPS, and other peripheral equipment.
Set up new hardware and install/configure required software and drivers.
Perform regular system upgrades to ensure hardware remains updated and functional.
Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs and warranty claims.
Ensure compliance with IT security and safety standards.
Handle assigned workload efficiently and work under pressure when required.
