Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Go-To-Market Strategy:
∎ Develop and execute GTM plans for new and existing products, services, or market segments.
∎ Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and refine GTM approaches based on market feedback and result.
∎ Build and manage a detailed GTM execution plan including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
∎ Market Development:
∎ Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends.
∎ Build business cases for market entry, including sizing, competitive analysis, and potential ROI.
∎ Lead geographic or vertical expansion strategies in collaboration with regional sales leaders.
∎ Stakeholder Management:
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, and Regional Sales teams to ensure synchronized execution.
∎ Present insights, strategies, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
