Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor Degree in Accounting or in related subject
∎ Skills Required: Accountant, Accounting and Finance, Accounts and Store
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all phases of Accounts & Payable, Receivable and department budget.
∎ Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
∎ Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
∎ Prepare financial statements and debtors' listings.
∎ Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
∎ Review the posting, payments, revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
∎ Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
∎ Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
∎ Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
∎ Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
∎ Good knowledge in software
∎ Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
∎ Maintaining a database of contact information.
∎ Handling complaints and negotiations.
∎ Any others assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking.
∎ BBA in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software,
∎ Advance Excel, Bank management, Product Costing and budgeting.
