Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 45 years
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Compliance, or Disciplinary Management within the RMG sector.

  • Proven experience in handling employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ Labour Act 2019, Rules 2022 and relevant labour regulations.

  • Required Competencies

  • Excellent investigation and report-writing skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making capability.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Grievance and Disciplinary Manager to lead employee grievance handling, disciplinary management, workplace investigations, and compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and buyers' Code of Conduct requirements. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring a fair, transparent, and legally compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the employee grievance handling mechanism.

  • Conduct investigations regarding misconduct, policy violations, and workplace disputes.

  • Ensure disciplinary actions are implemented fairly and in compliance with the Bangladesh EPZ Labour Law.

  • Prepare and maintain disciplinary records, warning letters, charge sheets, show-cause notices, and inquiry reports.

  • Coordinate domestic inquiries and disciplinary hearings.

  • Analyze grievance trends and recommend corrective actions to management.

  • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, social compliance standards, and company policies.

  • Provide guidance and training to supervisors and managers on disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.

  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management review.
