"Bachelor`s Degree in Architecture. with Master`s Degree in Sustainable Architectural Design or equivalent preferred. Recognized international sustainability professional accreditation. Good presentation, interpersonal and writing skills including command in English. Trainings on CAD suites. Conversant with structural analysis/design software and spreadsheets.
15-years of general experience in feasibility study, design and construction of high-rise buildings as Team Leader.
Specific experience of completing 2 high-rise Green Buildings as well as applying for third-party inspection for Green Building certification resulting in BREEAM, LEED. EDGE. CASBEE or equivalent certification.
