∎ Professional level qualification in design software - Adobe Creative Cloud of Applications
∎ Skills Required: Graphics Design, UI UX Design, Web Templates
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Sketch
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, Visiting cards, T-shirts, videos, and many other forms of visual communication for social media and websites.
∎ Develop and maintain design guidelines for brands, ensuring brand consistency throughout all marketing material and projects.
∎ Ensure the delivery of products designs, in compliance to brand guidelines, policies, and standards of the company.
∎ Delivery of creativities within expected quality standards and timelines.
∎ Coordinate, guide and supervise project related activities of the company and to perform tender-related design works.
∎ Draft and submit budget proposals for the development of websites, web applications, video and photo shoots, purchasing of third-party plugins, purchasing of hosting, cloud-based services and storage, including purchasing of creative and development tools and software.
∎ Stay up to date on new web development, design, social media and AI/UI/UX trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Familiar with the latest UX / UI design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
∎ A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
∎ Possess excellent creative and innovative design skills.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Possess strong project management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to interact with senior management, interdepartmental colleagues, and other stakeholders with Client interfacing ability with confidence.
∎ Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience.
∎ Must be detail oriented and well organized.
