∎ The Grands Coordinator will be overall responsible for elaborating of donor reporting ensuring proper relationship with donor, support fundraising, contribute with the development role etc. to support mission and to country director and deputy country director.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mission 1: Support the elaboration of donor reporting documents and ensure the follow up of the mission’s reporting obligations in relation with the Country Director, the DCDs and Field coordinator
∎ Development if needed and updating tools for tracking and planning external reporting processes
∎ Updating the donors’ folders with templates, guidelines, and other relevant documents; Ensuring that the donors’ guidelines are known and respected by the mission’s team;
∎ Support to program and support team in compiling, editing, improving quality of contents and completing external reports which include all required annexes
∎ Ensuring grants meet donor compliance regulations
∎ Monitoring and improving the quality of interim and final reports by ensuring the respect of internal (for validation) and external deadlines and the compliance with the donor guidelines and requirements, and integrating formal and informal recommendation and lessons learnt;
∎ Acting as focal point for collecting, sharing and archiving the projects’ documents by:
∎ Sharing all official documentation (final/approved version of concept notes, proposals, reports, amendments etc.) with the concerned persons at mission’s and HQ’s level;
∎ Uploading all official and relevant documents on NAS server and NHF
∎ Support the MEAL and communication team in capitalizing learning from report outcomes
∎ Ensuring that questions & comments from donors, auditors & evaluators are handled in coordination with audit department
∎ Mission 2: Ensure proper relationship with donors and support local fundraising.
∎ Coordinate the process of proposal development and submission to donor
∎ Coordinate responses to requests for information from donors
∎ Participating in the research of donor funding opportunities with the CD, DCDs and FCs
∎ Support to CD & DCD-Programs in relations with other donors, on program development, and strategic issues, as delegated
∎ Support the CD in building relationships with major donors and foundations, including regular communications
∎ Manage information and record the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database
∎ Organize project inceptions/kickoff meeting, facilitate signing of donor agreements.
∎ Ensure proper communication channel to donors
∎ Ensuring donors are happy with their donation scheme and are kept informed of progress and milestones
∎ Support CD to devise and organize local fundraising campaigns and events as needed
∎ Spot fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of the organization’s work
∎ Mission 3: Contribute to the development and roll out of the mission strategy in relation with the Country Director, Deputy Country Directors and Field coordinators.
∎ Participate in initiatives taken by the mission with regards to the strategies and its objectives
∎ Contribute to the training plan for the mission especially with regards to the capacity building of writing skills
∎ Participate in the drafting and preparation of concept notes and full proposals in coordination with DCD
∎ In coordination with the DCD, checking and ensuring the quality and coherence of the documents, and the compliance with guidelines and donors requirements;
∎ Integrating information and recommendations drawn from previous programs, donors meetings, evaluation reports, informal recommendations, etc.;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of professional experience as a clinical psychologist and 1 year of field experience with humanitarian NGO
∎ At least 1 year in a managerial role
∎ Experience working in emergency contexts; Experience working on South East Asia Region (desired)
∎ Knowledge and experience on MHPSS in emergency and applying international guidelines for MHPSS
∎ Experience working within nutrition programs
∎ Strong training and supervisory skills, including clinical supervision
∎ Substantial knowledge regarding programme management in the field
∎ Knowledge of standard logistics, financial and HR procedures and practices
∎ Strong computer and communication skills; excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritizing and communication skills
∎ High capacity of work, able to overcome stress and work under pressure, with high degree of flexibility
∎ Autonomous, organized and self-motivated; Diplomatic and tactful, professional and transparent
Salary: Tk. 187000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 02 basic salary per year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ End of Contract Benefits: End of Contract Benefits: 30 days of salary per year of service (No eligibility pro-rated under 1 year)
