Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduate qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance and with CA course (CACC) completed. Preference will be given for partly qualified of Chartered Accountancy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In collaboration with budget holders, prepare a plan and conduct due diligence of implementing partners and technical partners following Concern policy.
∎ Identify the weakness area of the partner's capacity and prepare an effective plan for the development of capacity.
∎ Preparation of an effective plan of support and development ensuring agreement with both Concern and Partner staff.
∎ Undertaking frequent field visits, to work with partner organisations on agreed areas, ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies (partners own, agreed with Concern and donor's rules) as well as government regulations.
∎ Prepare a compliance statement for the grant and update budget holders about the compliance requirement of the grant.
∎ Work as focal person to support the auditor for completing the donor audit each year.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years progressively responsible work experience in financial management, grants management, partnership management and budgeting in a development organisation, preferably in international Non-Government organisation.
∎ Proven experience working on managing a consortium with a large Grants and/or large Commercial Contracts which deal with Payment by Results with particular thematic sector of Health and Family planning.
∎ Experience of working with major international donors, particularly UK aid.
∎ Knowledge of current relevant taxation laws and NGO Bureau rules.
∎ Good understanding on internal control process.
∎ Proven experience in dealing with different technical partners and financial monitoring
∎ Experience of working in an environment with donors reporting on donor rules and regulations, especially familiar with UK aid's reporting systems.
∎ Good understanding of development work in the Bangladesh programme.
∎ Previous experience of financial management in a consortium.
∎ Experience in project start up and/or close out.
∎ Partners monitoring experience with international NGOs or contractors.
∎ National level working experience in both Urban and Rural context
∎ Experience of working in Regional or Global health programmes
Salary:
∎ Gross Annual Salary range (inclusive of Festival Bonus, Gratuity and Provident Fund): BDT 819,214.00 - BDT 1,210,333.00
