Job Context:
∎ Location: Dhaka (with field visits as per requirement).

Additional Requirements:
∎ This role will serve as the contact point for the key donors, contribute to the financial reporting, and negotiations on the key compliance issues, and also manages Oxfam's internal systems such as CRIMSON and OPAL. The role is embedded as a bridge between the operations (Including finance, logistics and administration) and the program. The Grants, Compliance and Risk Manager will need to have experience in identifying fundraising opportunities preferably for NGOs and a good track record of successfully acquired funding and donor-compliant implementation of programs. He/she will require to have sound knowledge on institutional and government donors and funding policies.

Salary:
