• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Industrial Engineering to lead and optimize our production processes in a knit garments factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing productivity, and ensuring best practices in industrial engineering. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to implement best practices for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

• Develop, monitor, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

• Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning to enhance productivity.

• Analyze workflow, production methods, and resource utilization to minimize waste and increase efficiency.

• Work closely with production, quality, planning, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Lead cost-reduction projects without compromising quality and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and labor regulations.

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance improvement areas.
