Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall control and supervision of export functions of all concerns of the Group.
∎ Lead, monitor, coordinate & supervise day to day activities export team.
∎ Review or update export procedures in accordance with new or changing standards.
∎ Handle all logistics activities related to export for RMG. Monitor and deal export-related documents with the respective authorities of Bank and Buyers.
∎ Check LC and sales contract and advise merchant team/buyer for necessary amendment.
∎ Ensure shipping documents are submitted/delivered to respective custom stations on time.
∎ Speed up export clearance & documentation through effective communication & monitoring.
∎ Establish rapport with the freight forwarders for handling late gate in goods.
∎ Prepare an finalize of all export documents as per buyer requirement and follow up export independently for various buyers.
∎ Liaison an coordinate all activities of customs, bond, bond audit, bonded ware house, incentive, EPB, BTMA, BKMEA, BGMEA, BIDA(BOI), Bank, Customs House.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work, including corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F agent and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Continuous monitor & track various stages of export as well as payment follow up.
∎ Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incident.
∎ Prepare and submit MIS weekly/monthly as desired by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ Able to handle Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ Familiar with commercial correspondence related to Bank.
∎ Custom handling, export, Import clearance & documentation
∎ At least 15 years’ practical experience in RMG
∎ Must have very good knowledge over export/ import procedure
∎ Must have good team spirit.
Salary:
