Job Context:
∎ We are looking for talented persons with good personality for admin and HR Department.
∎ Experience in spinning mill work will be highly appreciated.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct & Control overall HR
∎ Have to work on total office administration.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
∎ Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement Authorities, and others as and when required.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
∎ Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization;
∎ Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/status.
∎ Liaison or regular coordination to Admin section if required.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer and Internet; as well as in English speaking, listening and writing
∎ Strong capability of Team Building & Team Management
∎ Execute marketing and sales related activities.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Spinning Mills.
∎ Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Salary: Negotiable
