Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Technology from BUTEX or any other reputed Public University with adequate knowledge in Production & Operation of Woven and Knitting Dyeing-Printing Industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), textile chemical
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of a Woven-Knitting Fabrics Dyeing & Printing Industry.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Must have good knowledge about fulfilling the requirements of ACCORD & NIRAPON in the industrial sector.
