Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets across all channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving penetration in existing and emerging segments through innovative sales initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen distributor networks, ensuring optimal territory planning, inventory control, and ROI performance.
  • Optimize sales team efficiency through structured training, digital tools, analytics, and performance-driven incentive programs.
  • Align sales execution with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives to maximize market visibility and customer engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reviews to ensure corrective actions and sustained sales excellence.
