• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Age At least 25 years

• 2/3 Years Experience in telesales, customer service, banking or insurance will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in the local language of Chattogram and Noakhali.

Job Description:

• Outbound calling
• Customer verification and update information in the CRM system.
• Policy revival & payment guidance
• Manage customer follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and service deliver
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
• Support recovery and customer retention initiatives.
• KPI achievement
• Prepare and submit regular reports.

Calls Made | Connected Calls | Follow-Up Rate | Conversion Rate | Recovery Amount | CRM Accuracy
