• Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing.

• Excell, Word, Power point

• Typing (English & Bangla)

• Photoshop

• Basic knowledge in Information Technology

Job Summary:

• Setting corporate sales goals and developing corporate sales strategies.

• Selling all residential & commercial products of Arnil Housing Ltd.

• Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right Target

• Researching prospects and generating leads.

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.

• Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.

• Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.

• Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.

• Collect the required documents from the prospective customer.

• Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to the Director on regular basis.

• Maintain good relationship with clients.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and marketing activities.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly plan for Sales.

• Prepare a strategic plan and impose to achieve the ultimate goal.

• Monthly review the plan and report to the Management.

• Monthly analyze probable clients and report to the management time to time.

• Handling client for site visit.

• Prepare poster for online marketing.

• Campaign online and physically.

• Need to Boost on facebook.

• Support management with financial insights and strategic decision-making.

• Salary (depends on experience & academic knowledge)
