Responsibilities & Context:
Fashionlinq Asia Limited, a renowned liaison office in Bangladesh, is currently looking for a Buying and Merchandising Manager to serve of its company.
He / she will be responsible for serve as the primary point of contact for international buyers regarding product development, costing, approvals, and order execution, Interpret buyer tech packs, and specifications, ensuring correct sample development and production execution, Coordinate with Vendor’s sampling, fabric sourcing, production, and quality teams to meet buyer expectations and deadlines, Monitor critical path timelines and ensure milestones (samples, approvals, PP meetings, bulk production, shipment) are met, Manage the order tracking systems and update buyers regularly with progress reports. Also supporting the professional development and working skill improvement of the local staffs within the company.
