A Leading FMCG & Consumer Products Organization is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to lead and expand its Corporate Sales and Modern Trade business. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
Achieve sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability for Corporate Sales and Modern Trade channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and drive sustainable business growth.
Identify and acquire new corporate, institutional, and modern trade customers.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and lead generation activities.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop and manage relationships with pharmaceuticals companies, corporate houses, banks, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, resorts, factories, and modern trade partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotional activities, and business agreements with customers.
Recommend competitive pricing and promotional strategies based on market dynamics and competitor analysis.
Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
Prepare and deliver professional product presentations, proposals, quotations, and business reviews.
Understand customer requirements and identify key influencers and decision-makers within customer organizations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates to management.
Conduct weekly business review meetings and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer credit status.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service, and business growth.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
