∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant must have knowledge to sale potential land ( share base apartment ) .
∎ The applicants must have achieve monthly sales target including credit management.
∎ Preparing proposals and negotiating the terms and condition with the customer as per sales guidelines.
∎ Follow up and keep up good relationship with the customers to ensure resale.
∎ Ensuring sales target and meet the monthly sales limit set by the upper management
∎ Gain feedback from clients and deals with them when necessary.
∎ Build strong relationship with potential customers, gather market and real estate market information in Dhaka. (Specially Mohammadpur Area)
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activities in market of Dhaka. (Specially Mohammadpur Area)
∎ Perform digital marketing through social media & other ways as well.
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ * Candidate who have experience in Mohammadpur area will be prioritized.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Real estate's Sales & Marketing and management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Developer, Real Estate
Salary:
