∎ Minimum Graduate from any discipline (Technical Education will be added advantage)

∎ 16 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Sweater Merchandising, Sweater production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good experience on sweater production
∎ Having dynamic leadership and capable to work in 200 to 500 jacquard machine sweater factory in the area of production, planning, Industrial Engineering, quality and compliance.
∎ Co-ordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status & production costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory.
∎ Has got idea / experience on linking with line system.
∎ Must have got practical idea / experience about Industrial Engineering (IE) i.e. specially on SAM/ SMV based production
∎ Have knowledge on production planning, material planning and machinery planning
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective and efficient manner calculations on minute value.
∎ Establish effective communication with concerned persons (Like winding, Knitting, Linking and finishing department) to fulfill the order quantify and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedure and practice.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hour work.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company plans/ goals
∎ Responsible for reporting all production related information in prescribed formats within given period and deadlines (such as Production report, Yarn, Stock report, Production summery , MIS report, Operation wise test report etc), as well as other reports related to cost, wastage, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by management.
∎ Capable of handling orders of any buyer independently.
∎ Capable of supporting compliance requirements of the buyer for the factory.
∎ Should have good knowledge on SAM / SMV able to work with minimum value.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain and review material position to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Any other tasks assignment by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on sweater manufacturing factory
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated production management techniques.
∎ Must have working experience in large Sweater Company.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Should be well organized to face target standards of reputed buyers.
