Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in AMT
∎ Any other discipline from any recognized university also to be encouraged to apply. For highly experienced personnel, educational qualification may be flexible.
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apparel, Production, woven
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable to lead a professional team with prudent leadership for achieving set targets.
∎ Passionately commuted to customer oriented thinking.
∎ Ready to work under pressure and stress.
∎ Must be fluent in English and proficiency in computer operation.
∎ Experienced as GM/DGM in Woven compliance garment factory.
∎ The candidate must be of an extra ordinary highly skilled background, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, negotiable skill, capable to monitoring the huge yearly export turnover, Applicant should be capable to handle order independently for shipment with highest level of accuracy, capable to understand technical comments on samples/ products and fix issue.
∎ To Work independently with overseas buyers for order follow up , shipment and communication directly with buyers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to handle production independently.
∎ At least 10-15 years experience in manufacturing of Shirts, Specially dress shirts for brand buyers for of USA / Europe.
∎ The candidate must be of an extra ordinary highly skilled background, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, negotiable skill, capable to monitoring the huge yearly export turnover, Applicant should be capable to handle order independently for shipment with highest level of accuracy, capable to understand technical comments on samples/ products and fix issue.
∎ To Work independently with overseas buyers for order follow up , shipment and communication directly with buyers.
∎ Good team spirit, able to work independently, able to deliver jobs within tight deadline.
∎ knowledge of local / Overseas Law and Compliance issues will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
