Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible to running full operations of computerized knitting machines (Shima Seiki) with modern finishing P2P.
∎ Total Responsible for consulting to running the operation with all recruitments & establish productive systems, without compromising customer Quality standard.
∎ Bring innovation into the sweater manufacturing process with Quality management Tools to compete the present market CM & manufacturing cost by developing product in a cost-effective way
∎ Establish a state-of-the-art sweater operation which to be benchmarked in Bangladesh sweater manufacturing.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determining operational and performance qualification Maintains and improves product quality by: Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support
∎ Collaborating with other department of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods and Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to
∎ product quality and reliability
∎ Output review against the sample Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international Standards.
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met Setting customer service standards.
