Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree / MBA in any discipline (preferably in Finance/ Accounting /Management/ Business Administration)
∎ Any professional or academic degree in Operation Management will be considered as added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
∎ Support Managing Director in setting strategic goals and ensure effective implementation of operational activities.
∎ Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
∎ Develop and implement policies for operations, and communicates these policy changes across the company.
∎ Oversee all operational activities of the organization;
∎ Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, manufacturing, IT and other departments
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
∎ Evaluate organization performance by analyzing and interpreting data;
∎ Analyze risk and propose required precautionary actions.
∎ Measuring performance against KPIs to achieve operational targets.
∎ Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in operations.
∎ Creating and managing a local operations budget.
∎ Liaise with other department managers to implement company objectives.
∎ Follow up and liaison with SCM and sourcing partners for imported consignments.
∎ Controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
∎ Represent the organization locally & internationally as well as to a range of external stakeholders including supporters, partners, policy makers and Govt. bodies.
∎ Keep liaison with government body & regulatory authorities (RAB, Police, RAJUK, REB, DESCO, WASHA, MRA, DOE & EBRC).
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendors;
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ This position is based in Dhaka (Uttara) and requires a frequent visit to project sites and field offices as and when needed.
∎ Should have minimum 3 years' experience in similar position of any large group of Industries /companies.
∎ Operations Management Top-Level Professional from fisheries, microfinance, construction and Health care industries will be given preference.
∎ Must be willing to work to tight deadlines, being highly productive while managing other people.
∎ Must be flexible and enthusiastic and capable to handle stress & pressure.
∎ Should be a challenge taker with problem solving attitude.
∎ Strategic planning and business development
∎ Excellent leadership and organizational skills
∎ Outstanding written and oral communication skills
∎ Good in using computer and relevant software/aps.
∎ Well with using modern communication technologies.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commensurate with skills experience and suitability of the candidate

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Other benefit as per organizational policy.
